“Not value for the money Very poor room”

“We stayed for two nights and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations, especially given the price. There is no dedicated front desk; guest assistance is shared with the restaurant/event operations and availability is limited. After 8 PM, there was no front-desk assistance even by phone.
