The house is well taken care of and beautifully taken care of with updated appliances and peaceful neighbors as well. “The home is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean and the setting was idyllic. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend. The layout of the house was perfect. The covered deck was like an additional living room for us. Be sure to bring water shoes for the lake. It's nice and shallow at the house but the rocks are plentiful and slippery.”

“We had a lovely stay! The house is new and comfortable with great finishes. It is well designed with big windows all along the back of the house, so no matter where you are it feels like you’re at the beach. The location is kind of funny with the gas station and casino somewhat visible from the front driveway, but when you’re in the house or out on the patio you can’t tell.”

“We grew up in the area and were looking for a local stay for a family wedding. It was a perfect set up for our family. We had 3 families at the house from 13 yrs to adult. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there were ample towels and bedding for all of us. Check in was easy and they were responsive to all our questions. A perfect set up for our weekend.”

So, I looked for a spot within 10 minutes of most of the breweries but away from the busy. We wanted to stay on a lake just for the view, because you can only go to so many breweries in a day and we wanted a quiet relaxing place where we could go back to after dinner and I could watch football and she could sew with a view. “We had a great stay. Check in/out was easy and the house was clean and tidy. Even though it was 15 degrees outside, there is a breakfast nook in the kitchen with a full view of the bay, and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. One thing to note is that the bed was quite stiff, which we didn't like.”

“Everything was awesome. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and they also supplied plenty of toiletries, bath towels and beach towels. We had a couple of issues but our host Natalie Maynard made sure they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We will be staying there again.”
