“The cabin was very charming, nicely decorated and very clean. The neighboring cabins were kind of close and a few cabins down, they ran chain saws all day. I enjoyed watching the loons, eagles and a baby otter on the lake. Hope the little guy survives the eagles. All is all, a very nice week.”

“We had a great time! The cabin was decorated above and beyond, perfect for snowy days. Easy check in and the cabin was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Everything was provided in the cabin, no details missed. Bring your clothes and meals and you’ll have it made. There are neighbors close to the cabin, but no one was around. Very quite and peaceful. “Nice stay at the cabin. The location is very nice and the outdoor space more than met our needs. The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit cozy, but they worked just fine. We had hoped to get our canoe out on the lake but the weather had other plans.”

“This very quaint log cabin is exactly as you see in the pictures. It gets very cold in the fall/winter, so bring extra layers and blankets. The gas fire place can be a bit tricky to get the right temperature. There are plenty of kitchen utensils to use including pots, pans, and dishware. The cabin is located in a convenient location near the lakeshore, a small store, and plenty of trails. The cabin sits in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. Cell service was not great, but there was strong wi-fi.”

“This is a great spot if you want a quiet place. Its not fancy but was the perfect spot for us! Close enough to town and all of the sights, but far away from the busy downtown. Do yourself a favor and visit Buckhorn lounge and restaurant.”
