“Check-in was troubling with poor communication. I had trouble understanding accent. I was told 3 times that my credit card had declined (which it had not). Then was told I had to give a deposit of $150 cash but couldn't have a receipt. Then we were placed on the 2nd floor but no elevator. I am 80 yrs. Old with a bad knee & had just had eye surgery & was not supposed to lift more than 8 lbs. Otherwise, our room was nice & clean.”

“Our family definitely had a good time here. I'd say the hotel is probably average/above on the cleanliness and maintenance aspect, but for our stay the hotel wasn't even that much more expensive compared to other hotels in the area. And given the fun the kids had it was well worth it. The staff was very nice and was able to accommodate us when we had a last minute extension request. If headed to this area with kids we'd highly recommend it.”
