Cozy apartments (Idillio1, Idillio2, and Idillio3) in a villa overlooking the sea, each with a panoramic view and DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH on a charming stretch of the Amalfi Coast between Amalfi and Minori.
Panoramic views of the sea and picturesque stretches of coastline. A peaceful and quiet location—at night, you can hear only the sound of the sea echoing among the waves.
Shared among the apartments is a plot of land measuring approximately 200 square meters, divided between a sunbathing area and a covered relaxation area.
All the towns along the coast offer the option to rent beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and boats.
The villa is spread over multiple levels: Idillio 1 and 2 are arranged over two floors.
The living area is on the first floor, and the sleeping area is on the first floor.
Idillio 3 is a small studio apartment that has recently been completely renovated.
A staircase runs alongside the villa and descends from the property’s entrance—located on the coastal highway—down to the apartments:
IDILLIO 3 is located right at the property’s entrance.
Continue down approximately 80 steps to reach IDILLIO 2 and 100 steps to reach IDILLIO 1. From the apartments, the staircase then leads directly down to the sea via another 60 or so steps.
Shared among the apartments are two sunbathing platforms overlooking the sea, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas (which must be stored in the designated room in the evening).
The first deck provides access to the sea via a small ladder; the second, which is higher and does not have direct access to the sea, is positioned so that it receives sunlight until sunset.

Comfortable furnishings, including some period pieces.
Paid parking on the property (must be reserved at the time of booking).
Alternatively, paid parking is available 500 meters away.
Exclusive, fully equipped outdoor spaces featuring a pergola, dining table, lighting, and a barbecue.

Ground Floor: Living room with direct access to the garden, furnished with: table, TV, sofa bed;
eat-in kitchen directly connected to a terrace with a table; small restroom (no bidet and no window), dishwasher.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and another with a double bed + 3rd bed), each with its own private bathroom with shower.

Idillio2
First floor: Living room with 2 balconies (1 with an outdoor table), equipped with: table, TV, sofa bed;
kitchen-dining area.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (double bed and 3rd bed) with its own bathroom with tub/shower.

Idillio3
Studio apartment with private balcony. 1 room with kitchenette, 1 double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine.
