"Our stay at Hotel Graal was very positive thanks to welcoming staff, smooth check-in and a helpful porter. During breakfast, one staff member always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service, which set a lovely tone each morning. The laundry service was fast and the shuttle driver Gino made our transfers comfortable and memorable. Our room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom, and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, although the furnishing felt sparse. The location is excellent, close to everything in Ravello with buses right outside. The pool area also had wonderful views, but like the hotel overall, would benefit from updated furniture and décor. Breakfast was varied and tasty, enhanced by the spectacular views. Prices are on the higher side, but fair for the area. Overall, Hotel Graal offers great service, cleanliness and unforgettable views, but the property would benefit from a general refresh. Still, we would gladly recommend it to others visiting Ravello."

"Great family run hotel who really made us feel very welcomed! They helped with everything from private shuttle to the local beach to making dinner reservations! We can also highly recommend the restaurant on the rooftop with a spectacular view and of course great food!"

"Detta hotell är fantastisk. Vi togs emot med en service av världsklass och rummet var väldigt bra. Vi bodde i ett Camera Plus rum och det kan jag verkligen rekommendera. Fräscht, modernt och en härlig utsikt. Ligger 20 minuters promenad från centrum men en enkel och skön väg att gå. Personalen var så välkomnande och väldigt service minded. Trevligt poolområde med också en fin service."
