"Fantastiskt rum på ett hotell med riktigt bra läge i Charlestons historiska distrikt. Mycket hjälpsam och uppmärksam personal. Prydligt och välstädat. Frukosten (begränsad/continental) kommer dock i en påse som hängs på dörren och kaffe får man hämta i lobbyn."

"Trevligt hotell, trevlig personal, mycket centralt. Fräscha rum och badrum. Det enda hotellet - av 4 - på vår resa från Atlanta som inte erbjöd uppgradering av rummet (trots löfte om att återkomma…), därav lägre serviceomdöme. Annorlunda frukostutbud - inte det typiskt amerikanska, men intressant!"

"Booked a room for 2 adults and one 14 year old child. On arrival we were checked in to a room with only one queen bed, no extra bed or anything. When I said that was not what we had booked I was told I would have to upgrade to get a room with 2 beds. I said that was not acceptable and demanded a room for 3 people. The person at the front desk said ok and gave me new keycards. Only later did I discover that they had charged the upgrade to my card anyway. "

"To charge 8 dollars for a bottle of water in the room when you pay 550 dollars a night is just so unattractive. Furtheron, also there was a note saying enjoy the bath amenities like cotton pads during your stay - if you bring some home there will be a charge! "
