Should you require the pool heating to be activated during your stay, it is necessary to notify the owner at least 7 days in advance. The property is particularly well-suited for families. On the main level, a spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, with direct access to a 13 m2 balcony. This floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath and WC, and satellite TV, as well as access to the balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV opens directly onto a large terrace and the swimming pool area. A lounge with shower and WC also provides access to the terrace and swimming pool, and an additional separate WC is available on this level.

The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 400 cm. Each of these rooms is configured with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower with WC, and satellite TV, with direct access to a 33 m2 balcony.
