"Väldigt nybyggt hotell med stora, lyxiga rum och otroligt sköna sängar. Poolen är stor och fin, men hög musik spelar vid dom båda poolerna gör det svårt att koppla av. In- och utcheckningen var något oklar och organisationen kändes rörig. Trots detta är jag överlag nöjd med vistelsen."

"The hotel markets itself as a coworking-friendly, chill and cool place to stay, but unfortunately the reality did not match that promise. The pool area is taken over by screaming and playing children throughout the day, making it impossible to relax by the pool. In the evening, around 6 pm, a DJ starts playing hardstyle techno at extremely high volume at the bar. The music continues until 11 pm, which not only rules out having a calm pre-dinner drink unless you are specifically looking to party in Phuket, but also makes it difficult to relax or fall asleep in the evening. Service at the bar and restaurant is also very slow. Waiting 20–30 minutes for a drink was common, which is disappointing—especially because the food itself is actually very good. That is what makes the overall experience such a shame. The hotel itself is nice, the pool area is visually appealing, and the breakfast is good. However, it feels like the hotel cannot decide whether it wants to be a relaxed adults-only retreat, a party hotel for younger guests, or a family-friendly hotel. Trying to be all three at the same time unfortunately results in a confused experience that falls flat."
