“I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. “The property was pretty clean, the hot tub was nice. The property is located on the corner of a side street and main drag with pretty heavy traffic into the evening. So, if you need to go to bed and wake up early for work, it’s not ideal. I know this isn’t the hosts fault, but it was initially advertised as lakefront, so you’d think it was not 10 feet from the main road. “We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. ”

“With three bedrooms and many seating areas we were able to have our extended family stay together for a wedding. The property was very nice and the host was exceptionally quick to answer any questions we had. ”

“This is a very well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.”

A deeper cleaning would have made it even better, particularly with dust, the washcloths, and the washing machine. With a little more attention to those details, it would easily be a top-tier stay.”
