“We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

“The house is great for extended family vacation with 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The only slight drawback is that there is no dining table. It's only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the amusements, pier and the beach. ”

The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. “Had a spectacular week on Long Lake! 8/16/25-8/23/25The house is huge and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The house fit us perfectly with 6 adults in the three master bedrooms and 4 kids in the basement cubby beds. Really amazing.The lake is crystal clear. Awesome to have the canoe, 3 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards. There is a sandy beach with a gradual slope. Dock was fun for fishing, relaxing in the sun, and star gazing at night. “This property was so family friendly! We had a family vacation with 4 children aged 5 years and under and this rental had everything we needed. It was so nice not to worry about bringing big items like high chairs and pack and plays. Everything was set out for us including boosters and guards for the bunk beds.
