On a spacious, fully air-conditioned living area of 300 m², the luxurious Villa KaLa offers accommodation for a total of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms, all equipped with a comfortable double bed, are located on the first floor of the villa. The master bedroom has access to its own, fully equipped bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom, which is also fully equipped with all the utensils for a carefree vacation. From the first floor you have access to a large balcony which, in addition to a cozy lounge corner, also gives you the opportunity to relax in a jacuzzi with an enchanting view. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the second master bedroom, which also has access to its own bathroom. The walls of all bathrooms are made of concrete, while the stone sinks enhance the overall picture. Luxury during your stay at Villa KaLa is guaranteed. On the ground floor there is also a living and dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a modern stove with integrated extractor hood where you can cook together with your loved ones and create unforgettable moments when you eat together at the large dining table. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or relax in the armchair and look at the pool. This space is flooded with light due to the open and refreshing room layout and large front windows in the living room. Compete with your friends while playing PlayStation 5 and easily decide whose turn it is to grill and who can enjoy the view with a glass of wine from the wine cooler. Or just sit back and watch your favorite movie on Netflix. On the ground floor you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Thanks to the carefully selected furniture and the elegant, subtle color scheme of the entire furniture, balance and harmony are sure to have a positive effect on your vacation. The shutters throughout the villa are electric, and the specialty of Villa KaLa is the basement where you will find a playroom, wine cellar, a wellness area with sauna and shower, as well as a guest toilet and a gym.
