“Cute hotel in RC. Rooms smell like cleaning products but that’s better than smelling like something gross!”

“It was a nice location but the sink in the bathroom was plugged up they should check before a customer checks in .”

“Place is simple and cheap, could use some upkeep on building, door sticks and the water spigot for the sink drips and being held with duct tape. No bathroom just a portapotty to use. And watch out for the mice. It's a beautiful location on the west fork of the kickapoo River with access to the River.”

“Lovely restored Victorian house. Everything was beautifully done and up to date while maintaining the character of the house. Everything was spotless and the beds were wonderful. Mary couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and served a very nice breakfast, with options for different dietary sensitivities. Would definitely stay their again.”

“If 6 stars were possible I would rate Kathi & her property 6’s across the board. Spectacular views of the night skies with no ambient light. Terrific lodging & set/up! Convenient to excellent dining, state forest trekking, fly fishing, & relaxing all in the same “package”.Planning another fall visit & trying for some nights next year already.”
