“Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people.”

“Was not pet friendly as advertised and they turned me away. Had to wait at the front desk for over 5 minutes to speak with someone”

“Dee at the front desk was fabulous. However, the guy who works late night early morning leaves alot to be desired. Rude, rude, rude. Never caught his name we called him Mr Personality, but he needs not work in hospitality. Mr Personality the coffee is empty........he walks out not 1 morning but both. Guess making the free coffee they offer is just to difficult. Free coffee from 6am-9, coffee gone by 6am and he has no interest in making more. What more can I say he sucks. ...

“clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, A/C kept room nice and cool, Denny's is right next door, Waffle house, S&S Produce Store (fresh vegetables and fruit), 7/11 among some other shops are within walking distance.”
