âGreat hotel! Check-in was simple and straightforward. The building has an elevator, which was really convenient. Our room was spotless and felt brand new after a recent renovation. The bed wasconfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, and we even had a lovely view of Mount Vesuvius from our window. The location is handy, just a short walk to the train station. The surrounding area isnât the cleanest or prettiest, but thatâs Naples. The area is still safe.â

âWe had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.â

We were treated fabulously!! The front desk person was friendly, curteous, and accommodating to our needs! You can easily enter and exit the Napoli Centrale train station. Front desk staff is wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend!
