“Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. The decor was obviously carefully curated by the owners with impeccable antiques as well as one of a kind crafted pieces. We were all extremely comfortable in the large beds with fresh clean linens, the adorable bathroom and full kitchen. “Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”

“This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. ”

“Relaxing and peaceful with country charm. Thankful they allowed dogs. We like to travel with our dog and she was comfortable and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Not too far from Gainesville and we also enjoyed eating dinner at The Yearling which is right next door. ”

“Such a fun place to visit and great times on the Rainbow River. Golf cart and trailer is available for use to load kayaks or boards to KP hole or the Vista Private Park Down the road on the right. Such a great perk making it easily a place I would love to book again. Back yard fenced in with a fire pit and bbq grills. The locals are super friendly and helpful. Such a great time, thanks Chaz!”
