“Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered.
