“The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't...

“We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. (We had a cute frog in our shower!) But we loved it! Would definitely stay again as we felt away from it all and able to fully relax. ”

The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. “Have stayed here several years in a row. The rooms are amazing and it’s easy access to Red Hook and the beaches. Great amenities offered. The sargassum is the worst it’s ever been, free shuttle to other beaches is offered. ”

“Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.”

“This was a nice property. Very clean and everything we needed was available at the property. They even had snorkel equipment! The rental was nice and clean it was fun to enjoy the pool in the evenings. Sapphire beach was probably 7-10 minutes walk but worth it if you are going to enjoy the beach. ”
