“Beautiful hotel property with upgraded and very comfortable rooms. Parking is good, extra parking at back of property. Main level has bar/eating area that is updated and welcome cookies were a nice touch. They were upgrading the computers so our check-in time was incredibly slow, but otherwise staff was friendly. One odd thing, the shower water stopped mid-shower, then restarted barely. Otherwise everything was wonderful.”

“Not much to say. Everything was fine. The elevator was a bit outdated and getting an Uber was interesting. The hotel is set back and gps takes you a weird way.”

“Gets the job done. But wouldn’t recommend for a family- plumbing barely works and shower has no water pressure. Bugs come up from the shower drain every night so be prepared for that. A/C mini split is louder than a plane.”

“We were in Jacksonville for the FL High School State Track & Field Championship. We loved the roominess and amenities of the room—-Dishes, full refrigerator and stove (though we didn’t have time to use that). There were great charging stations in the room & we enjoyed Netflix movies and microwaved kettle corn in our room at night. We walked to a restaurant just up the road & trekked to a nice regional park a little over a mile up the road. The hotel staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and...

“This hotel is a brand-new facility. It is tucked away, and my navigation led me onto an unusual route. If you're not familiar with the area, you might get confused about the directions. I only stayed one night. With a nice kitchenette and a spacious room, longer stays will also be comfortable and convenient. The hotel is dog-friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area and bring my four-legged companion.”

“The room was very clean, modern and the location was excellent to walk to the movies, ChikFila, Insomnia cookies and the beach and the St. John’s Town Center were a short drive away!! Loved it!!! ”

“A bit dirty. Floor wasn’t clean. Bed sheets had hair, and pillow cases some dark stains. Blood stains on the shower. It’s a nice hotel, nice location, I wish they did a better job with cleaning. And it would be nice if the breakfast was included.”
