âThe staff and very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The last time we stayed, the room was not completely cleaned, and we were given another, upgraded room with no issues. We will definitely stay here again.â

âMy dad and I always stay here due to its proximity to Carowinds. The Comfort Inn continues to deliver. The beds are extremely comfy and rooms get dark at night, thanks to the blackout curtains. Breakfast is always a plus: well-stocked and plenty of options. Staff is great and takes care of their guests. Pool is a fun amenity at end of the day. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you want to go into Uptown Charlotte, this hotel is also close enough. This hotel is always my first option when...
âTrevlig personal, gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till nöjesparken och rummet var stort och bekvĂ€mt. Dock var det myror i badrummet som Ă€ven spred sig till en av sĂ€ngarna. Inga problem att byta till annat rum som var myrfritt. Ett litet minus för frukostbuffen, som mest bestod av sötad yoghurt, svagt kaffe och olika brödprodukter. Barnen uppskattade möjligheten att göra egna vĂ„fflor. Allt serverades pĂ„ plasttallrikar till ljudet av TV:n pĂ„ högsta volym. PĂ„ det stora hela ett helt ok hotell för det pris vi betalade,...
âI had a very bad experience at this hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room, which made it impossible to stay there. I had to ask for a room change. On top of that, the service was very poor â the staff were unhelpful and didnât seem to care about the situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.â
