The villa covers approximately 230 sqm and comfortably accommodates 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is on the ground floor with a dedicated bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms plus an additional guest toilet.
The private pool enjoys optimal sun exposure and is surrounded by a large green lawn. A large pergola offers loungers and chairs for relaxing in the shade. The pool area is enclosed with transparent fencing and access is key-controlled for the safety of your children.
