“Ok for one night”

“We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.”

We explored Bologna, Modena, and Parma, along with local parmigiano, and balsamico “factories” (actually very small), stay here! Tiziano was very helpful and his boxer Beatrice is very friendly. Carla ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie begrüßte uns mit leckerem Käse und Wein (was uns nach der anstrengenden und zeitaufwendigen Anreise sehr willkommen war), führte uns durch das schöne Anwesen, erklärte uns die lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Gastronomie in der Umgebung. “The farmhouse in which this apartment is located, gives you a nice feeling of vacation. The farmhouse also has a winestore with a nice sparkling red lambrusco wine. Please note that if you bring plugs from non-Italian devices with a ground-fault interrupter, they will NOT fit in the sockets, so you need to buy an adapter in the local CONAD supermarket.”

“Smidig incheckning för oss då vi ankom med tåg, annars kan jag förstå att det stör att incheckning är på annat ställe. Det enda som vi inte gillade var att det inte fanns nog med glas till alla och inget att diska eller hålla rent köket med ”
