Lyxigt, chict och prisvärt hus i Rehoboth. Cykla till STRAND!

Perfekt hem för den stora gruppen eller familjen som vill komma undan och rymmer 10 personer. Tyvärr kan vi inte hyra ut till fester under 25 år enligt husägarföreningens riktlinjer. Inga husdjur. Alla sommaruthyrningar är fredag till fredag.
Detta fint inredda radhus byggdes 2004 och är centralt beläget strax utanför väg 1 nära de berömda butikerna på Rehoboth Beach. Komplexet har en pool (nära i september) och en tennisbana och ligger bara 1 kilometer till stranden. Gå, cykla, kör till hela stranden har att erbjuda !! All bekvämlighet och bekvämlighet du vill ha på din familjesemester. Försäkra dig om att din familj kommer att vilja återvända år efter år för att bo i detta bekväma familjevänliga badhus. Detta två våningar tvillinghem och erbjuder 2000 kvadratmeter vardagsrum. The Keys of Marsh Harbour är ett samhälle av enkel- och tvillinghem som ger en känsla av Florida Keys till Rehoboth Beach-området. Denna innovativt designade strandsamhälle har en GEMENSKAPSPOL, perfekt för ett snabbt dopp eller avslappning hela dagen, tennisbana och vackert anlagda mark med prydnadsgräs, blommande träd och en damm vid entrén. Det är tyst och fridfullt. Denna gemenskap är mycket bekväm för nästan alla lokala attraktioner. Vi är bekvämt beläget utanför väg 1 i Rehoboth bakom Jungle Jim's Water Park, en underbar attraktion. Vi är beläget precis utanför Route One nedanför shoppingcentret, bara en kort mil till stranden / strandpromenaden. Vårt hem är en kilometer till stranden / strandpromenaden men det är en mycket enkel och snabb bilresa. Från Memorial Day till Labor Day finns det en buss som plockar upp granne med vårt grannskap. $ 2 för vuxna och gratis för barn, du behöver inte längre oroa dig för parkering. Denna buss kan ta dig till stranden, filmer, butiker eller många andra platser. Bussar avgår rutinmässigt, var 15–20 minut till de flesta platser och kör från tidig morgon till sent på kvällen. Med det här alternativet kan din grupp dela upp och resa när och var de vill.

Rehoboth Vacation

First time visiting in Rehoboth. The house were excellent. Perfect for accommodations and amenities. Owners had house stock with items such as beach chairs, coolers and even bikes. Communications with owner Jill were quick and responsive. Family loved the neighborhood community and pool. Would definitely book again if visiting the area in the future. The property was as described and pictured and was close to all the places we wanted that we wanted to see. Highly recommend for booking.

Everything to make you feel at home

The house felt like we were visiting family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relax - and to have fun. Access to the garage with games and beach supplies (and bikes!) was amazing. Unfortunately it was cold but the pool was so close by and nice. We hope to be back!!

Fun family weekend!

We were able to enjoy a very nice relaxing, comfortable, and safe environment. Nice Little Getaway

Enjoyed a quick getaway away with family! Nicely appointed and spacious home. Roof construction across the street made it for a bit of noise on Friday morning, but overall a wonderful time had by all!

Fabulous location and house

This rental was close to perfect. The house was really spacious from the rooms to the common areas and kitchen! The location was great, as we took advantage of walking to the water park next door and other places nearby for food. And the shuttle was very convenient to get to the beach. Probably the most amazing part, compared to other beach rentals that we have had over the years was how well stocked the house was with items that we could use, like bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and then the kitchen was stocked with staples like spices and oils and non-perishable items that most places clear out after each rental and the next person has to start from scratch. We definitely appreciated that and the well-furnished kitchen, as we do a lot of home cooked meals during our family vacations. Highly recommend this rental and the owners were very responsive for any questions during out stay!

Perfect summer rental

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

Kelley & Jill's rental was perfect for a long weekend away with friends! Loved that there was a pool close by -- and the pool had entertainment there on the weekends, too -- which was a bonus! :) I would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

A home away from home

We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some! From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy. The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful. Hope we can make this a regualr thing.
