“We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house.”

“This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close to everything. We were able to bring out dog and because we were there in April she was able to be on the beach. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t need to use the washer/dryer or the dishwasher, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. The little neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We are planning on making the April trip an annual event and will hopefully be able to rent this again.”

“Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants.”

“Very clean unit that equipped with everything needed for great, relaxing vacation. Beautiful boardwalk just right at the door to the building. A lot of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Excellent communication with property manager with immediate response. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and looking forward to come back.”
