Nytt 5BR Home (Grand Slam House II), nära till stranden och cykelleden

Välkommen till "Grand Slam Haus II Rehoboth" vid Canal Pointe community, öster om väg 1 och inom gångavstånd till cykelavstånd till Rehoboth centrum eller stränderna.
Huset har 5 sovrum i tre nivåer och totalt fyra fulla bad. Det lyxiga köket är öppet mot det stora rummet över en frukostbar och centrerar runt öppen spis med platt-TV. Ägarens svit ligger på första våningen och har en enorm garderob och ett verkligt spa-liknande bad med separat badkar och dusch. Två andra sovrum ligger på första våningen. Två stora sovrum med eget badrum ligger på övervåningen och i källaren.

Barn och vuxna kommer att älska det stora fritidsrummet med bordspel (ping-pong och cabriolet pool / air hockey bord) samt en sittgrupp med platt-TV och XBOX. En avskärmad veranda är ett perfekt område att koppla av.


Huset ligger i det lyxiga samhället The Grande at Canal Pointe. Klubbhus, gym, pooler är alla på gångavstånd och förstärker bara detta fantastiska strandgemenskap. Det ENDA nya samhället öster om väg 1 i Rehoboth ...

Omgiven av skyddade våtmarker, Cape Henlopen State Park och Lewes och Rehoboth Canal, finns naturskönhet som gemenskapens mest fantastiska bekvämlighet. Få åtkomst till korsningsspåren för korsning och bana (förbinder Rehoboth och Lewes) över samhällets ingång och uppskatta den hisnande livsmiljön i Delaware Seashore. I planned our stay to allow for an extended family gathering. The home has lots of space, plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and spaces for smaller groups to spend time together. The home is close to downtown and the boardwalk. We rented bicycles and enjoyed being able to bike ride to the beach. Many in our group enjoyed the pools in the neighborhood, which was very pretty with lots of flowering trees and bushes. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, and when a plumber could not be found to address the issue, the owner came himself and took care of it, which was very appreciated. He had the opportunity to interact with members of our family and everyone had a different story to share that they had learned about the history of the house! One of the reasons we chose this house was the accessibility for my parents, who can no longer negotiate stairs. There are only a couple of well-spaced steps to enter the house and did not prov difficult for them. We really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to come back

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together.Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, the location was perfect—just a short drive to the sand, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. We loved coming back after long beach days to unwind on the porch, cook dinner together, and play games as a family.This home gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we made so many special memories here. We’re leaving refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us

Family vacation stay

We had a great week while staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house is a great size for multiple families to stay at and the accessibility of a pool was awesome. The owner was great and when we had to call about something he took care of it right away. Great House!

It was a very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 3 kids! The house was big, clean, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed how nice and quiet the neighborhood was for morning walks, and only about 5 minutes drive to get to a wide range of restaurants and the beach! Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The home is close to grocery stores, outlets and the beach so the location was top notch. Also The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him (which was only once because he managed to think of every detail). The whole family can’t wait to come back!!

Loved our time at the grand slam house!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was located in a great area with easy access to the beach via a short drive. We had three separate families, 2 grandparents, and about 7 kids in our group. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be back!

The Glade

This was the second year we stayed at the glade. First, this place is beautiful. The front is nice but once you enter this house everyone just went WOW!!! Second, Dirk is a great person. Great house

We had another great vacation at this home. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having the basement is great for the kids to play or watch movies while the adults cook dinner or play games. Highly recommend!
