Upplev graciösa Mid-atlantiska strandhus som bor i en stuga fylld med vitkalkade pärlskivor, plankade golv och breda, bekväma verandor. Detta överraskande 90-åriga hem har allt du vill: historisk charm, moderna bekvämligheter och ett utmärkt läge bara några steg från stranden och South Rehoboths historiska strandpromenad.

Det två våningar huvudhuset sover sex till åtta med tre sovrum, ett håla och ett och ett halvt bad. Den har en bred skärmad veranda, en öppen planlösning och ett mångsidigt kök som passar för snacks eller underhållning. Det bakre däck ger uteservering matplats och en stor badtunna perfekt för att koppla av med vänner i skuggad integritet. Och den inhägnade bakgården är en vacker trädgård med trädkammare för en eftermiddag i en hängmatta, en krokett eller en avkopplande utomhusdusch under öppen himmel.

Det ombyggda vagnshuset sover bekvämt mellan fyra och sex med två sovrum, ett på övervåningen och ett på nedervåningen och ett badrum. Bara några steg från huvudbyggnadens bakre däck ger det en avskild flykt med privat åtkomst från den inhägnad trädgården.

Och du hittar inte en bättre plats i South Rehoboth. Silversjön ligger 50 meter västerut, och stranden och strandpromenaden är 100 meter österut, vilket ger dig enkel tillgång till Atlanten och centrala Rehoboths otaliga mat- och nöjesalternativ, bara 10 till 15 minuters promenad bort.

Både huvudhuset och vagnshuset är hund- och kattvänliga för vänliga hundar och katter.

Upplev Rehoboth Beach på det sätt som semester familjer och vänner har gjort i generationer. Huset är tillgängligt året runt för utvalda veckor. Awesome week!

Best home to stay at the beach! We have been blessed to be able to stay here! Love the house, location and Rehoboth Beach. The owners are simply the best to work with. My 3 grandchildren love this house and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Beach Days for Family Fun

We had a fabulous vacation at this classic, Oceanside cottage on Prospect Street. We loved the property that is so well maintained, but also the contemporary interior on the inside. We are a multigenerational family and the house was perfect for all of us. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch in the mornings and sipping our coffee and just relaxing together. It was so close to get to the beach, and our little fur baby loved walking to Silver Lake. We would love to vacation there again next year!

Beautiful beach cottage

House is charming and accommodating with lots of amenities including bikes, beach chairs and more. Hosts are very generous and responsive. Screened porch and decks make for great outdoor living and dining. Location is great. Loved our stay.

Very Nice House, Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. Most important is the house is in a great location, less than a block to the beach and near silver lake, which is almost as equally lovely. Front and back porches were great. Only reason its not a 5 star property is maintenance/cleanliness. It didn't appear anyone had checked the outside before we arrived, there were a few things that weren't great to find upon arrival. And the mattresses need an upgrade. All that said we'd certainly consider returning.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time a this house. The house is bigger than we expected and better than the photos. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the location so close ot the beach and so many beach towels they had for us to use. The host was quick to answer questions ahead of the trip and check-in was super simple. It was a gorgeous street and great location.

Great location

For the most part, we enjoyed the property and all it offered. There were some things that stressed us out a little, not making everything as relaxing as it couldve been. The host are very nice and communicative when needed. I wished we didnt need to reach out to them as much as we did but things needed fixing, or werent functioning properly. I was hoping for a very relaxing time and had more of a semi-relaxing time. The location is wonderful and the house is very quaint.

Lovely Beach Getaway with Great Amenities and Pet-Friendly Yard

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The backyard was a fantastic space for our dogs to run around and play. Communication from the owners was great and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Certainly recommend as a relaxing beach getaway!

Best location in Rehoboth!!!

The property is adorable! Lovely little fenced yard with carriage house out back. The living area in main house is lovely and very cozy. And the front porch is fabulous!!! Parts of both houses are a bit dated but honestly it doesn’t take away from the vacation at all. It was perfect for our Fall getaway!!

Rehoboth weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location - just a few houses from the beach on one side, and Silver Lake a few steps away on the other side - cannot be beat. Plenty of outdoor space. The house is comfortable, although the bathrooms are old, tight, and in need of a good clean. Very dog friendly, which we appreciated. The house needs some updates and could use some attention, but it has great bones. Overall, we recommend as long as you aren't looking for luxury. It's fully functional with an older beach-cottage vibe.

Nice place to be

It rained all week but we still had a grand time. The house was conveniently located to the beach, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a screened porch so we could still be 'outside' without getting wet. Best of all, the yard was fully fenced in for my little dog so I didn't need to worry about escape when she went out. The host was available and helpful, I'd def stay at this house again.

Soooo many wonderful extras!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property and the owners! We've stayed at many beach homes over the years and this one had more extras than all of the others put together - linens, towels, books, games, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, food to share, paper products, and more. The dogs loved the fenced in yard! Grandma's favorite spot was the Hot Tub and we all enjoyed the front porch. The short walk to the beach and boardwalk was also fantastic. The house wasn't dirty, but was certainly "lived in" and could use some updating. But at the price point, was definitely worth it!

Super Location!

Nice beach cottage with good appliances, open main floor layout, owner provided beach towels & chairs and screened in front porch w/view of Silver Lake. The upper deck was great for cooler mornings & has view of ocean. We especially loved the location, kitchen and main floor layout, hot tub, outdoor shower, front porch and quick walk to boardwalk & beach! The Owner - David, was super nice to work with and very responsive. A real plus was cottage is dog friendly & has a fenced in backyard.

Cozy house steps from beach and downtown

My family and I had an amazing time during our stay at this house. We particularly enjoyed the two separate houses, the proximity to the beach just a few houses down, and the short walk/bike ride to the downtown shops. Our favorite spot was the screened-in front porch, where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of spices, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Some parts of the house showed signs of aging, and the backyard trees could use a trim. In summary, it's a charming house with a lot of character in a beautiful neighborhood, especially since it's on the beachside where dogs are allowed – we enjoyed watching all the furry friends passing by.
