  • Stor plats utanför Rt 1. Nära till butiker, stranden, restauranger. På golfbana, vandringsleder. 1 kung, 2 fulla, 2 dubbla, 1 kung dra ut. parkering för 5 bilar. Lugnt område. Kajaker är i garaget för paddling i bukten utanför piren. Båten slip är också tillgängliga för användning. Vattnet runt huset är grunt (18in lågvatten, 3 m högvatten) så ha det i åtanke när föra din båt. Stort område att jet ski i !.

Outstanding location with a home that was so inviting. Loved it so much that we are returning to celebrate our 66th wedding anniversary with members of our family. The host, Gina, was so accommodating to all are requirements.

One of the best rentals we ever had. Location is perfect, right on the water. Everything is provided in the home. Had a few small issues and could not get ahold of the owner, but that was minor. Will definitely rent again!

Family vacation

This was our third time staying at this property and it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The grandsons loved crabbing and fishing at Henlopen pier.

Wonderful rental!!!

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration and it was wonderful. They had everything that you would want like bikes, kayaks, great location, games, kitchen essentials, etc. Our host was very kind and communicative. Definitely would recommend

Terrific House

The house is right on Rehoboth Bay with a private dock, kayaks, bikes crab traps and a great view. The place is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Gina is easy to work with very friendly. There are many good places to eat in the area and a few excellent state parks. We had a wonderful stay.

This property is very peaceful and quiet . This is our 2nd time staying for a week and we enjoyed the house very much. they have many things that are useful in the house like crab pots and fishing poles and kayaks. The kitchen has every thing we needed to. Easy access to the beach with a short drive away and the town of Rehoboth.I would definitely recommend .

What a great place to stay! The location is great, as we were able to get to Rehoboth Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, and Tower Beach in very little time. The pictures of the house online do not do it justice. It is well-maintained and provides everything you need, including linens and towels. It's not the upscale and up-to-date house you'd find with newer construction - but it is spacious, and the view of the bay is amazing! The host kept us informed about the trip and did everything to make the stay amazing!

What a lovely location and view! Very clean and good communication with our host,Gina when the dishwasher didn't work. She had a new one installed The house is so well shocked with anything you could need. Thamks Gina, we want to ce back next year!

A wonderful stay at Gina's house

it's our third year staying at Gina's place on the bay. The crabbing was great, we used the dock for a few boat trips, had hors d'oeuvres on the back deck, played lots of ping pong and enjoyed family dinners at the dining table. Thanks Gina!!

Summer Oasis

A little slice of heaven on the bay. The house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood right on the bay. It is very clean and spacious. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved going crabbing right off the dock and kayaking in the bay. The house offers all aspects of home! It is also very close to shopping/beaches and so much more! We plan to return for our vacation next year!!!

Wonderful week at Gina's place on the Bay

This is the second year that our family has stayed at Gina's and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The beds are comfortable, the AC worked great and the sunsets are amazing. Communication was excellent and we were allowed to check in a bit early after the cleaners finished up. Crabbing off the dock was terrific and we used the 3 kayaks with life jackets that were provided. Thank you Gina for another great week!!! Bill Kelly and family

Amazing property

This vacation was fantastic—clean, very well appointed house —has everything you need. The spot on the bay is just breathtaking. Beautiful views, quiet, private , just so peaceful. We had several generations ranging from 20 to 87. The older “non beach” crew were contented and relaxed at the house on the bay. For the “beach” crowd it was just a short car ride to Rehobeth or Dewey which we went to everyday for 6+ hours then back to the bay for dinner and family time. Truly a perfect spot for our family. We will be back.

Great spot in Rehoboth

We had a great time at Gina’s place. It was super clean, had plenty of linens/towels, and the washer/dryer is a plus. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. needed for cooking. There are bikes and kayaks in the garage and crab traps in the backyard. TP/paper towels were also provided. It had everything we needed. The sunsets from the private dock are amazing. I’m sure we will be back again!
