This is a spacious, beautiful, well maintained townhome located just off Rehoboth Avenue. In the gated community of Edgewater Park.

The home is just eight blocks from the beach - a relaxing 15-20 minute walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth and the acclaimed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The condominium complex, Edgewater Park, fronts the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal. It is a 5 minute drive to premium outlet stores. (Delaware has no sales tax.) The Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby.

There is a large playground/park area within a block from the house. There is also a water park within a 5 minute drive.

The home is four stories, 3200 square feet, perfect for a cozy gathering of families and friends, yet large enough to have some privacy too. Each floor has a balcony or patio.

The fourth floor master is approx 800 square feet with a King size bed and a sitting area. This room has a private balcony and a luxury bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate full size stand-up shower.

On the third floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1) The second master has a Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom and private balcony. 2) ”kids” room 1 two twin size beds 3) the “kids” room 2 two twin beds. Rooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom.

On the entry level/first floor, we have a third master/5th bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen size bed, and a sliding door out to the patio.

The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. This main level is an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, a TV above the fireplace. There is a balcony off the living room with a grill and patio seating.

We provide internet access and TVs in 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
Please note, linen (towels and sheets) are not provided you will need to bring your own linens.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 am.
