Mitt hem Ă€r en 2 sovrum / 2 badrum bottenvĂ„ningen lĂ€genhet, med drygt 1000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta med stora garderober i bĂ„da sovrummen. LĂ€genheten Ă€r nio Ă„r ung med laminatgolv i matsalen och vardagsrummet. Det finns mattor i bĂ„da sovrummen. Det rymmer 7 med en utdragbar drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet och en extra tvĂ„bĂ€ddsmadrass lagrad under gĂ€stsĂ€ngen. Hemmet Ă€r bekvĂ€mt belĂ€get precis mellan Lewes och Rehoboth Beach pĂ„ östra sidan av vĂ€g 1 och nĂ€ra butikerna. NĂ€r du Ă€r dĂ€r kan du ta tillbaka vĂ€garna för att komma till Rehoboth centrum pĂ„ 10 minuter (mindre Ă€n 4 mil bort) och du behöver inte komma tillbaka pĂ„ vĂ€g 1! År 2020 kommer Sandpiper-samhĂ€llet att vara grindat och endast Ă„tkomst med en kod för ökad sĂ€kerhet.
Om du Àr intresserad av att Àta i Àr köket fullt utrustat med alla dina matlagningsbehov och har en separat matplats. Hemmet har grundlÀggande kabeltjÀnst, med 2 Smart TV: er (tillgÄng till Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. ...). En fullstor tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, liksom Wifi tillhandahÄlls ocksÄ. Koppla av och njut av den avskÀrmade verandan. PÄ grund av min sons svÄra allergier finns det en strikt politik för icke-rökare, inga husdjur.

Även om det inte finns nĂ„gon pool, kan du gĂ„ 1/4 mil lĂ€ngs vĂ€gen till Midway Speedway Park och fĂ„ ett heldagspass för att simma i poolen i olympisk storlek, anvĂ€nda kiddiepoolen eller vattenrutschbanor för endast $ 18! De har ocksĂ„ go-carts, stötfĂ„ngare bĂ„tar och minigolf!

Conveniently located gorgeous stay

Stephanie was extremely accommodating. The condo was clean and conveniently close to outlet shopping, beaches and great food choices. Another perk was the wawa in less than a block’s walking distance!

At least 3 out of the 4 gates were closed

Property itself is not secured. It may say it resides within a gated community but one gate is always open so that point is null. Check in was easy and the price was good for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was perfect size but the floors and dining room table were super filthy. Like "our kids kept their shoes on" and "baby not crawling on the floor" filthy. Also there were no sheets, linens or towels at the property so we had to go out and buy them. All in all if I was staying there again with my family; I wouldnt. If it was a weekend with the boys then itd be fine.

Great great place to stay ! It was all great great location with everything you’d need within 15 minutes of a drive. Anything from the outlets to the boardwalk to the movies to the grocery store all close to you! House was clean and the items provided were very useful! Thanks for everything

It was a beautiful stay, but there were some things that weren’t. The whole house needs cleaning. It is a very dusty place. Also the dishes need to be switched out and upgraded. The dining room table is wobbly and some of the chairs are broken and someone could fall. We did enjoy our week, but fixing all these issues would’ve made it batter.

June 24th to the 28th, got in super late on the 24th & went straight to sleep. Morning of the 25th we started unpacking & while walking around we noticed a lot of bugs in the condo, floors were completely disgusting our feet were black! Realized the power wasn’t on in the guest bedroom. Flipped the breaker & it would shut back off within 10 minutes or less. Contacted Stephanie & she immediately tried to get someone out to the condo to fix the issue. I was told around noon that between noon & 6pm I’d get a phone call & the person would be at the condo within 30 minutes to an hour. Got the call at 2:30pm stating no one would be coming out & they're only available Friday after 4pm. That wouldn’t work. I contacted Stephanie to let her know & she tried getting ahold of another company. Our first full day was ruined due to waiting around for an electrician to show up which never happened. Next morning a gentleman showed up & come to find out “the fan in the guest room cannot be on at all because there’s something wrong with the fan or the wiring in general” is what we were told. I relayed that to Stephanie to which she apologized again & stated she’d be there to fix the fan next week & she’d refund me $50. Don’t think that was fair after paying what I did to begin with. Also the cleaners definitely do not clean like they should! A condo like that should take more then 40 minutes to clean correctly! I know that for a fact as I clean for a living. Just pretty upset over this stay!

Nice quiet place for a beach getaway!

This condo was a nice size for a group of friends and family to spend a week together. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and was located close enough to the beach but away from crowds. Everything was clean, with good air conditioning and amenities.

Cute condo in a great location

Great Gateway to DE Beaches

Location, location, location. We were halfway between Lewes and Rehobeth beaches, which made for easy access to all kinds of fun activities. The property was clean, had decent amenities, and allowed us to save a ton of money by not having to dine out every single meal. The owner is very responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference when you first show up tired, and a bit frazzled. We would recommend the property for small families with young children.

Excellent Property and Location!

My 3 teen girls and I stayed at this lovely condo early October. The condo was spacious for us and had exactly what we needed in the kitchen and the full bathrooms were decently sized. It was easy unloading and loading up our vehicle as it was convenient first floor access right near the parking lot. Clean, cozy and comfortable as well! Location was right off the main highway but there were nice backroads to take downtown Rehoboth if the main stretch was too crowded. Also conveniently located right down the road from the walking/bike trail with a nice parking area leading to the trail. Highly recommend this property!
