You are within walking distance of the tax-free Tanger Outlet stores along Highway One and a short ride to miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, and various state park beaches. The community features an in-ground swimming pool, clubhouse, and cardio fitness facility. The development also backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail â a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE.
PARKING: There is a private driveway for two cars and overflow behind Outback Restaurant. There is no street parking in the community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
