"LÀget var perfekt. DÀremot var stÀdningen undermÄlig. NÀr vi checkade in fanns det hÄrstrÄn i badkaret. Vi fick stÀdat en gÄng under tre nÀtter och det var stÀdningen som vi pÄkallade p.g.a. hÄret i badkaret. Jag upplevde att receptionen skyllde ifrÄn sig."
