“The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. "Mixed feelings, nice hotel but it felt like it was just opened with now staff that newer works in the hotel business before, cleaning service was horrible, they came at 6PM in the middle of getting ready for this nights dinner and you had to use to old towels getting ready. Asked for earlier cleaning after first night but it was the same day after
 kids wanted pool so we chose this hotel, but the water was 65 degrees in mid June= no heated pool
 after all the charge premium price but the do not deliver. Chose sorting else!"
