"Hotellet är nyligen renoverat och superfint! Vi blev otrolig väl bemötta när vi kom och skulle checka in, killen va otrolig trevlig och hjälpte oss snabbt att få ett rum. Boendet är rent, ligger perfekt och känns som det självklara valet i Reims! Kommer absolut boka detta igen."

"Lite stressigt att parkera bilen tillfälligt utanför hotellet när jag skulle checka in. Fick stå halvvägs upp på trottoaren precis innan tågstationen. Snabba hissar. Bra luftkonditionering."

"It was a nice hotel, and we had a very good night’s sleep. My only disappointment is that I accidentally left one of my AirPods in the room. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until we were already quite far away. I tried to contact the hotel, but without any success. I couldn’t find a telephone number, and the only way to get in touch seemed to be by sending a message through the app. It has now been more than 24 hours, and I still haven’t received any response. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement of my message, especially as this is a time-sensitive matter involving a lost item."
