âWe spent one night at the Family Tree, and were very pleased with the stay. The staff members were friendly, the room was cozy and fresh. The breakfast was the best during our four days in the UK. It would have been nice to stay another day. â
âIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.â
âThe hotel staff were great. The evening meal was very good - also really enjoyed walking around the grounds before dinner and drinks in the sunshine in the garden.
Hotel room was excellently fitted and wonderfully spacious. Only issue is that it was at the top of the main stairs and close to the kitchen/wash below it. This meant there was some noise fairly early in the morning and later in the evening.â
âGreat for Peak District, lively pub with atmospheare...well prepared food at reasonanle prices and nice and quiet after 11 or so.... full breakfast with options. Really enjoyed a one nighr stop and would return whrn next out hiking!â

Down points are that room was too hot with no means to cool it down and no spoons or stirrers to make the drinks.
Would deffo recommend but if your like me and get hot too quick then ask for a room with aircon.â
âI stayed here with friends but travelled alone. This hotel was comfortable and clean and just what i needed. They've owners were fantastic hosts, made us all feel really welcome and we all had an amazing Turkish meal in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was great too. set us up for the day as we were all attending an event at a local pool venue.
I would stay here again should i need a hotel in the mansfield area.

"Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskÀrna. Trevlig och tillmötesgÄende personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga pÄ. Toppen betyg pÄ detta hotell. Kommer definitivt vÀlja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo pÄ hotell nÀr jag Àr i Sheffield och hÀlsar pÄ familj. "
"The location was great and the staff tried hard, however, everything else was only just okay. The door lock system does not work well with you having to replace the keys frequently. Also, all the public areas are too small. The worst was getting into the breakfast room there were queues and some days impossible to get in."
