“Room and entire hotel was clean a well kept. The breakfast was very good and the evening “snacks” were much better than expected! Hotel was very full with families as it was the first or second week or summer vacations from school but the staff kept everything stocked, swept, mopped and moving while being very polite to everyone. Local shopping and amenities were very close and overall a very convenient location for the west end of St Louis. Highly recommend!”

“I have stayed here many times throughout the years. The location is convenient for what we like to do in the city. The hotel rooms are starting to get a little run down. The carpets are dirty and in poor repair, outlets don't work, shower doors off kilter etc. The room was marginally clean. All in all it wasn't much different than last time we stayed. “The best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!”

“Comfortable bed and room. Clean with an abundance of lobby seating. Breakfast was a little scarce if you weren't hungry for carbs and the shower body soap was empty. Other than those two things, the staff was very friendly and we slept well.”
