“The best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!”

“The lodge was so cozy and welcoming! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the location was also surprisingly perfect. The one thing we would recommend improving is there were no good TV channels. Any of the shows or movie channels were blocked out for some reason. You could really only watch the news. However, there were plenty of cozy spots around the cabin to curl up with a book, play games, or just enjoy the fire! All around wonderful stay...

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”
