“The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up...

“Rooms very small , beds so uncomfortable that no one slept well , kitchen very outdated in need of repairs and facelift . Carpets filthy, old , smelly , not even vacuumed . Definitely never vacuumed behind and under the beds. Window blinds falling off after just touching them . Wall papers peeling of the walls . Menager was nice and did his part delivering missing pillow cases . If you don’t mind poor conditions you get what you pay for but I’ll never set my foot again on those carpets....
