The pool was too cold and there we people (adults and kids) who were aggressively using a beach ball which kept hitting us even when we were in the hot tub. Not enjoyable at all. “We stayed for one night and had a really pleasant experience. Early check-in was smooth and stress-free, and the noon check-out was perfect after a late night at a concert, it gave us just the right amount of time to rest and get ready without feeling rushed. “My stay was a great experience. I love that it was clean, quiet and had a shared kitchen. even though it has 5 other rooms with people staying in them we never saw them or heard them. everyone respected the rules and space. we shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms and never had a problem. it was always left clean. There is a Go Bus and a transit bus a few blocks away and restaurants, stores, etc. I would stay there again! also very affordable. ”
“No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. ”

“The service and check-in was fantastic. The staff was generally pleasant and happy to help with any request. During our two night stay, I was not expecting my room to be cleaned but I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room to find the maids had fixed the beds and replaced the towels. Since Covid, this service has gone by the way side and it was nice to feel treated again. This property was a close to Canada’s Wonderland and many dining options as well as several malls. ”
