They tried to charge me even though I prepaid and after telling them I prepaid they “did me a favor” and looked into it. The room was dirty - they don’t even use fitted sheets just flat sheets on the cheapest kind of mattress that left even the kids with backaches. I’d never stay there again.”

The biggest plus is the staff which are very service oriented and willing to listen and make accommodations for every guest based on their needs. I stayed in a studio kitchenette which was well maintained but beginning to look a bit dated. The room was clean but the bedding did have some stains on it and did seem to be wearing. “We stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Vaughan for the Post Malone concert and had a fantastic experience. We arrived about three hours before check-in and were pleasantly surprised that our suite was ready right away. Our group of five ladies had plenty of space in the suite with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. “The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. “Ett prisvärt, nybyggt påkostat hotell med stil som hade allt vi kan önska, utom möjligen att frukost inte ingick i priset. Rummen var volymiösa och hela hotellet andades klass. Det var rent och snyggt överallt. Sängarna var jättesköna och då har jag ändå ryggbesvär. Poolen var fräsch och tillräckligt stor med tillhörande jacucci, suverän ångbastu och vanlig bastu. “The hotel was perfect! The room was big, clean, comfy bed, good gym and pool and the best breakfast. Loved their scramble eggs cause they actually taste good, normally eggs on hotels always so slobby but the eggs here where perfect. They had waffles , fruit etc We only stayed one night cause we where leavin for Jamaica the day after. The surroundings had what we needed for a short time stay. Pharmacy, supermarket, Indian food and pizza. ”
