“There is no waiter service in the pools and beach, the pool floor is deteriorated, the ceramics come off under the feet and there is a danger that people suffer cuts in the bathrooms, the danger is greater. I could see two people who slipped since it is very easy for them to slip because they put a cleaner and that makes the floor slide well”
