“We stayed here for several days during Pony Penning Week. The cottage is small, but cute, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor plumbing issue on day 2, and our host responded immediately and rectified the problem with no interruption to our plans. AC units in each room kept us cool, despite hot, muggy weather. “Enjoy Don's cottage - the screened in patio was lovely to enjoy coffee and do some light office work. Kitchen had enough of everything to heat or prepare simple meals. Hot water was plentiful and pressure good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet at night but during the day there is a small business next door that you do hear light people chatter/deliveries. I would say this location is like a modern cabin - just enough of everything but still feels rustic.”

“The property was amazing and any minor issue we had. They were right there to fix it. The island was welcoming, as well as just the right amount of quiet and slow down that we were looking for. I recommend anybody needing to detach disconnect to enjoy property for a couple of days or even longer. The hospitality was amazing. We will be back.”

“Great hotel. Again disappointed that we could not access the Amazon Prime app or use our fire stick. Toilet is low flow and low to the ground. Water pressure is not the best. Towels are not plush. Gym and breakfast good. WiFi good, parking good. Location good. We had a good sized balcony and had a slight view of water. They were nice and let us take some ice for our cooler. ”

“Perfect location and the hotel was clean! I like the early check in feature as well. Our only problem was we were told we didn't need to make reservations for the restaurant on site. So at 6 we came down to eat and they said due to short staff they are only taking the reservations on the books and that was it. I was shocked that they wouldn't even seat or serve the hotel guests. I understand they were understaffed and was possibly a rare occurrence but it was the main reason I choose this hotel...

“This cabin is absolutley perfect and everything you need. Plenty of firewood for both the fire pit and wood burning stove. I loved being able to use my cast iron skillets on the wood stove inside cabin. We did not use the outdoor shower as did not feel necessary because nice and cool outside. Being conscience with conserving power was a nice disconnect to sit by fire and candlelight all night!! Our pups enjoyed the new smells too! A perfect spot to take a day trip into Ocean City and Deleware as...

“We were scouting this house as a potential place to bring friends, and while we really liked the house there are a few things we noticed that might make us hesitant to bring a larger group. The ground floor was badly in need of vacuuming and there was hair in the shower drain. We never could connect to internet and had no cell service so couldn't even let anyone know. Finally, the water has a highly sulfur odor. Overall it seemed no-one had been in the house in a while and it needed some more...
