“ A beautiful little bed and breakfast in a Jane Austen like setting. We had the lady Jane room, a large room with plenty of space, private bath and a small pantry. Room has everything you could ask for and then some. Breakfast was prepared and readily available in the fridge and cupboards and we handled everything ourselves. We had breakfast in the extraordinary garden, what a gem of a place that was! Room did not have individual Aircon, but it was cool and nice so apparently they controlled...

Favourite thing that wasn't apparent from the photos is the private back deck that overlooks the Angus River Nature Walk area, could happily sit there all day watching the birds (or better yet, lull around in the spa while doing so). Super clean, generous provisions and just such a peaceful relaxing vibe. Would definitely stay here again, and probably will.”

“We booked in at Sandilira as we were flying in from BNE for a wedding at Lakebreeze. I picked the venue as it looked like it had old-world charm. It did! I’m so glad we booked in for three nights. The town and cottage are an absolute break from busy society. Russell and Lyn stocked the fridge up more than generously, the swallows had us entertained with their back and forth feeding their young, the cottage was comfy and had warm fluffy dressing gowns waiting for us on a freezing Saturday night...
