“The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“Was a bit confusing but very convenient. No complaints at all!”

“Convenient location.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location is great - very close to both universities.”

“This is a beautiful, quiet, get away in one of the prettiest parts of the state. Only 15-30 minutes away you can find great pizza, and the best bakery the county has to offer (Valley Bread and Bounty), but you are still far enough away that you feel completely surrounded by nature. Easy drive to Letchworth to enjoy the falls. The view of the river from the wrapped porch was wonderful in both the rain and sun (which we had both). On our stay an Eagle kept us company. Clean, pretty,...

“The cabin is completely secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees.”

“The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga”

“Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful location.”

“It was quiet, the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels. Good kitchen set up with plate ware and cookware. Clean and very spacious fridge and a great front area to sit and have a fire. Huge screen TV and good heating. Owners were super responsive and helpful.”

“Everything about this was perfect. we take our granddaughter every year for a vacation and we call it glamping this exceeded our expectations. They thought of everything and more. We were so thrilled with this and would highly recommend it to anybody in need of a place in this area. The communication was excellent. Anything we needed we just needed to ask, but they literally thought of everything.”
