The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. “If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...

"The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone."
