“Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. “This is close to the airport so you will see and hear planes come and go. It didn’t bother me. The hotel has a nice pool and a beach resort with a decent restaurang. I really liked the hotel. It was calm even though there are vars right outside. It was crowded over new year then it speed down. The staff is nice. You have access toa fridge and a micro in the room. There is free parking at the hotel. I would stay here again. ”

“I would of rated everytime 5 stars but there was construction of one entire tower which i was not told about. The steakhouse was closef also due to renovations. Our first room which was a junior ocean front view on the 8th floor was horrible, it smelled of mold and mildew, everything was damp from moisture including the bed. It killed my asthma to stay in room. We moved the next day to the 9th floor and room was amazing. Hotel defenitely needs a renovations. Don't lose your wristband because...

“All was ok”

“The three thibgs we did not like about Holiday Inn is we could not make phone calls in our room. You had to call the operator to make a call. We mase phone calls on my cell phone before we found oot to call the opator. This is the only hotel we experienced this. The next thing we experienced was that housekeeping did not leave hand towels and wash clothes in our room. We had to find someone from housekeeping and askvfor the wash clothes and hand towels.
