“The location is a convenient drive to great restaurants and shopping in town and the airport. The was an amazing restaurant just down the road (less than a minute walk) as well. The personal pier was so relaxing with perfect sunset views. And we lovvvvvved the dogs. It was very hard leaving! We would 100% book here again! ”

“Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. “The room was spacious and clean. Pools were lovely and really cleaned daily. But here comes the but….. this hotel is near a sewage plant. You can smell sewage when you are outside of the hotel. You smell sewage on the beach. I came here for beach but this “beach” is clearly not clean. The food servers were lovely but front desk was not so helpful. ”

“I would of rated everytime 5 stars but there was construction of one entire tower which i was not told about. The steakhouse was closef also due to renovations. Our first room which was a junior ocean front view on the 8th floor was horrible, it smelled of mold and mildew, everything was damp from moisture including the bed. It killed my asthma to stay in room. We moved the next day to the 9th floor and room was amazing. Hotel defenitely needs a renovations. Don't lose your wristband because...

“Great All Inclusive with a a lot to choose between: Luxury restaurants or live-cooking restaurants with themed evenings. Several pool/beachbars on the resort. Several pools and a GREAT beach! Here I must mention that If You want to hava a beach/pool chair with parasol You have to be there early in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was fantastic and friendly. I do recomend this resort! Its even close to a casino and a deli store.”
