“Quaint home, friendly owners, comfortable beds.”

“So relaxing”

“It’s a pretty decent property. Breakfast is small but good. The property was clean but a little dated. The rooms were nice.”

“El hotel estaba muy limpio y de buen precio!”

“The room first assigned to us had a smell of heavy cleaning agent and a bit of moldy. We asked for a change of room the next day, they happily did that, fortunately. But it was not a good experience the first night. There was no hot food available for the breakfast.”

“Well maintained”

“Really enjoyed our offsite breakfast inclusion. Was conveniently located and a charming place to overnight while visiting the Round Top Music Festival”

“Rooms were clean. Price was reasonable.”

“Over all great experiences would recommend to anyone who would like to try a new experience from a regular hotel”

“Cute property - definitely a girlie place.”

“AC was good, staff very friendly, parking good”

“Friendly staff. Very helpful. Place is right next to the freeway so a bit noisy at times. Will definitely recommend.”

“Beautiful, relaxing ranch. Thank you so much for a great stay. ”

“I stayed 2 nights. Roaches in room and towels were not replaced after I had used them from the night before and wanted fresh towels.”
