“Front staff very nice n accommodating”

“I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“I always love a Marriott. I feel like I am a loyal customer. This Marriott Courtyard in Baltimore was in a very good location right in the middle of downtown. The people there that works were very nice. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Parking right next-door was ideal. The only downside that I have is that I could not have a receipt printed out because their computer was down at the end. That may have been out of their control. “The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

“Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!”

“This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!”

“The room was excellent. Very convenient to the inner harbor. The only thing I would suggest is the availability of coffee 24/7 or at least early morning until the restaurants open. I was there for a race and wasn’t able to wait for 6:30 for coffee. I would have love it at 5am.”
