“From the beginning. No valet service. We had to self park. Parking was $98 for the night FYI. Check-in took over an hour. There were at least 30 people in line to check-in and 3 staff members working. Two of the six elevators weren’t working. Got to our room and the fridge was broken. We had four guests on our reservation and they only gave us three bath towels. Our bed linens were dirty with blood stains from a previous guest. “I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

“Very loud. Lots of construction going on. People coming back from the casino were loud in the hallways. But the worst thing was when I woke up the next morning and there was no water. I was traveling for work and that was not a good situation. The lady working the desk was very understanding when I asked for my money back and was very helpful. If I were coming for a game at the stadium I might stay there again because I was there to just have a good time but I was supposed to there for a week...

“Great location if you are seeing a show at the basketball arena. Staff was kind but they were clearly understaffed and property was cleanish but dated. Would stay again for a concert”

“This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!”
