“I stayed a week at this spacious property. The property is a little tired however this is more than made up for by the host's quick, professional, friendly communications, and immediate assistance. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. ”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable, cosy beds, with all the basics needed for a few nights. The apartment block was nice and quiet. Some inconvenience as the washing machine wasn't connected, but overall a good stay. The host was very responsive to any queries. ”

“The check in process is a bit different from what I’m used to. Not hard, just different. Had a hard time finding the parking spot. Once I got past that this place is wonderful. “Communication was a challenge. The booking was made in September, and we did not receive any communication or responses until after contacting VRBO support on the day of arrival. They were able to reach the host and we then received the lockbox check-in instructions about six hours before check-in.The house itself is spacious and includes a washer and dryer, but overall the property appeared poorly maintained and not well prepared for guests.
