“This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. “It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

“They are renovating the Hotel, so we got a room that was completely done. It was beautiful and roomy. The people working there are so friendly and helpful. The gentleman working when we checked in told us where to get good pizza from and it was really good pizza. The breakfast is a variety of foods and they lady working there is very friendly. Parking is good. The hotel was in a perfect location to where we were going. I enjoyed my stay there.”
