“No fridge or microwave available in room, even with a 4 night stay. No do not disturb sign and housekeeper will bang on the door until you answer. It was very disturbing as I was working overnight. Pool was very dirty, only coffee available is in lobby from 6-10am. I was also charged almost $100 more than my booking. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there was still hair in it.”

“Rummet städades enbart dagen innan utcheckning. Handdukar byttes ut då. Te påsar fylldes inte på. Köket saknade ung och kokplatta. Med andra ord så finns det bättre alternativ för de pengarna man betalar. Dålig service för mycket pengar.”

“If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.”

“Nice location. But commotion all night long in the hallways. There were several athletic teams staying on site, looked to be about middle school age. They were up and down the halls all night. Frustrating.”

“Hotel is under construction police were there because a women's stuff was stolen from the hotel room smelled like cat piss they moved us at 12am to another room called us early in the morning and said they wanted to move us again the manager was not empathetic at all and wanted actually charge us extra we left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore aaaallll while on our father's day weekend and to top it all off they charged us for the night we weren't there so we r in dispute now....
